Developed in conjunction with celebrity 'fish' chef Rick Stein and named after his dog, Chalky's Bite is triple fermented and flavoured with ginger and continental hops. This beer is bottle conditioned so you may want to allow dead yeast to settle before carefully pouring.

Appearance:

Very slight cloud, light amber with quickly diminishing white head.

Aroma:

Subdued zesty lemony nose with warm ginger aromas and sweet tinned lychee.

Taste:

Somewhat bland palate with delicate malt and lemony hops is lifted by crystallised ginger flavours.

Aftertaste:

Medium, red grapefruit influenced zesty finish.
