Appearance:

(09-May-13) Clear, coppery golden amber with quickly fading thin white head.

Aroma:

Nutty burnt top of crème brûlée with woody herbs and slight buttery diacetyl.

Taste:

Creamy, fruity, malty nutty palate with caramel, mild earthy bitterness and slight smokiness.

Aftertaste:

Nutty toasty malty finish.
