Appearance:

Cloudy, murky brown with brick red tints. Thick retentive off white head with heavy lacing.

Aroma:

Earthy brown raison bread and almonds with faint thyme and strawberry flavoured milk.

Taste:

Dry bready palate, earthy hops and light spice.

Aftertaste:

White pepper spiced bready finish.
