Brewed to mark the 100th Anniversary of the oldest of Britain's last two remaining wooden mash tuns using a mix of six malts with First Gold, Centennial and Amarillo hops.

Appearance:

Clear, deep mahogany brown with bronze tints and thin tan head.

Aroma:

Caramel and toffee malt, nuts, liquorice, treacle, dark/dried fruit and chocolate.

Taste:

Dry with caramel, roasted malt, tar and Christmas spice.

Aftertaste:

Toasted brown bread, liquorice, cinnamon, nutmeg and black pepper spice.
