Appearance:
sample bottled 23/May/14 and best before 28/May/15) Hazy, pale golden with thin but retentive white creamy head and moderate lacing.
Aroma:
Shredded Wheat breakfast cereal, grassy hops, lemon citrus and yeast.
Taste:
Light to medium bodied. Spicy and yeasty with Shredded Wheat and lemon citrus.
Aftertaste:
Yeasty and herbal with faint spice.
Overall:
Yeasty and herbal. Reminiscent of a wheat beer.
