Ile Bourbon Coffee Liqueur

Vintage: Non-vintage

Aged: Unaged

Product of: Product of Reunion Reunion

Île Bourbon Coffee Liqueur is not named after the American whiskey, but after the island in the Indian Ocean where it is made. The French Reunion Island was originally named Bourbon, after the French royal family, but once they were executed during the Revolution, the name was changed.

Reunion Island is noted for its Bourbon coffee plants, the beans of which are roasted and steeped in local rum for six months to create this liqueur.
