Review and Tasting

Sampled on 10/04/2014

Appearance:

Clear, pale straw green.

Aroma:

Very fresh and fragrant. Freshly peeled green apples and boxes of green apples with faint marker pen-like whiffs in a good way).

Taste:

Tart lemon juice and lemon zest with green apple juice. Notes reminiscent of bison grass vodka. Sugar does not quite balance leaving slightly tart.

Aftertaste:

Mouth cleansing zesty tart green apple. Great finish.
