Appearance:

Clear, mid-golden amber.

Aroma:

Rich honey with dandelion floral notes, subtle oak and faint cardamom.

Taste:

Well-balanced with rich honey sweetness countered with lightly oaked spirit, dried fruit and enlivening spice.

Aftertaste:

Lingering honey and spice. Overall: Quaffable rich honey and light spice.
