Appearance

Crystal clear.

Aroma

Green/woody and slightly estery with notes of pear and linseed with gentle herbs and spice.

Taste

Think grape vodka with rustic character. Earthy pear spirit with esters, attractive grape flavours and drying acidity. Fiery spirit notes are balanced by slight oily mouthfeel.

Aftertaste

Esters continue in the cracked black pepper spirity finish.
