Review and Tasting

Sampled on 17/10/2015

Appearance:

(sample bottle edition: Kaboom!, batch 015, batch size 980) Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Floral lavender and piney juniper with thyme, cardamom spice and orange zest.

Taste:

Soft mouthfeel and gentle peppery spice. Piney juniper rightly leads with subtle floral notes. The botanicals are well-structured and integrated.

Aftertaste:

Still juniper led with lingering floral notes and complex but mild spice.

Overall:

Full-flavoured, superbly clean and well-integrated botanical complexity. Siegfried Rheinland is juniper led and dry, yet has a note of modernity with subtle floral notes throughout.
