Aroma:

Piney juniper, grass, green apple and white pepper with hay.

Taste:

Dry buttery pine, cut grass, green apple and lavender with black pepper and clove spice.

Aftertaste:

Black pepper spice, leather and lingering pine resins.

Overall:

This Chardonnay barrel aged gin is dry and spicy with buttery pine, cut grass, green apple and lavender.
