Review and Tasting

Sampled on 17/02/2015

Appearance:

(bottle No. 0165 of 1,000) Clear but with fine precipitation settling in the bottom of the bottle, pale golden.

Aroma:

Orange boiled sweets (hard candy) and orange marmalade with bamboo, faint cardamom and white pepper.

Taste:

Somewhat reminiscent of dry spicy Grand Marnier. Cognac and tangerine orange influenced vodka with vanilla, cardamom and black pepper spice. Very faint sweetness elegantly balances spice.

Aftertaste:

Tangerine, bitter orange zest, black pepper and faint cardamom spice.
