Review and Tasting

Sampled on 05/08/2013

Appearance:

Clear, pale golden amber.

Aroma:

Apple boxes baked apple, brown sugar and custard creams with light dusting of cinnamon.

Taste:

Baked apple pie and poached pears with pronounced cinnamon spice. There’s even a touch of those custard creams, particularly with a splash of water.

Aftertaste:

Cinnamon spice lingers on the baked apple and pear finish.
