Founder’s Reserve is a blend of two styles of Irish whiskey: single malt (70%) and single pot still (30%), aged 8 to 12 years in American oak. So unusually, this blended Irish whiskey is 100% produced using a copper pot still and contains no grain whiskey or column still whiskey.
