Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Earthy, yeasty brown bread and tequila-like with sweet potato and oily notes.

Slightly sweet, wonderfully inviting peppery spice (rather than hot spice) and brown farmhouse loaf with vanilla and chocolate.

Aftertaste:

Bready and spicy with very faint aniseed emerging.
