Appearance:

Clear, pale golden.

Aroma:

Aromatic, vanilla fudge, green apple, melon and light newly sawn oak.

Taste:

Sweet and fruity with green apple, water melon and lightly toasty oak.

Aftertaste:

Green apple, cantaloupe melon and black pepper.
