Twelve Five Rye is named after day that prohibition was lifted by Franklin D. Roosevelt on December 5, 1933. It is distilled in a 80-gallon Bavarian copper pot using a 70% rye, 15% malted barley and 15% corn mash bill and the distillate aged for at least 2 years in charred American oak barrels.

Toffee, red apple, ripe peach and light joss stick smoke and smoky bacon.
Buttery hickory smoke, bacon, vanilla fudge and light cracked black pepper with citrus zest.
Toffee, long black pepper spiced finish with clove and nutmeg.
