Review and Tasting

Sampled on 22/12/2015

Appearance:

Clear, very pale golden amber.

Aroma:

Lightly smoky earthy peat, old leather and honey with zippy green apple skin and faint zesty orange.

Taste:

Dry, faintly bitter, smoky earthy peat and old leather with burnt rubbery notes.

Aftertaste:

Lightly smoky old leather with faint floral notes.

Overall:

Bags of smoky earthy peat with some burnt rubbery notes. Despite the big flavours this very dry malt is thin in body.
