Released in January 2016, this no-age-statement speyside malt is matured in three types of cask: hogsheads, oloroso sherry seasoned casks and ex-bourbon barrels.
The founder of the Longmorn Distillery, John Duff, built a railway station adjacent to the distillery to supply it with barley and distribute the whisky made there. The bottle’s two train ticket-like labels pay homage to this, as does the inclusion of a steam train as part of Longmorn’s logo.
