Garnish:

Pie rim - wipe outside edge of glass rim with cream mix (from the float) and dip into crunched-up Graham Cracker or digestive biscuits.

How to make:

DRY SHAKE (without ice) cream and vanilla liqueur in a pre-chilled shaker to mix and aerate. Use to rim glass and set the remainder rest aside. SHAKE last 3 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled, rimmed glass. Then carefully float pre-prepared cream and liqueur mix over the cocktail's surface.

1/2 fl oz Licor 43 Original liqueur (chilled)
2 fl oz Single cream / half-and-half (chilled)
1 1/2 fl oz Coconut rum liqueur (35-40% alc./vol.)
3/4 fl oz Triple sec liqueur (40% alc./vol.)
3/4 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
