How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
| 1 1/2 fl oz | Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column) |
| 1/2 fl oz | Orange Curaçao liqueur |
| 1/2 fl oz | Raspberry (framboise) sugar syrup |
| 1/2 fl oz | Pineapple juice (freshly extracted/pressed/squeezed) |
| 1/2 fl oz | Orange juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1/4 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |

Slightly sweet and very fruity with raspberry and pineapple to the fore. Made with freshly prepared homemade raspberry syrup (1½:1) this is particularly delicious.
