Ingredients: 5 ml Fernet liqueur; 24 Raisins; 60 ml Cognac (brandy); 5 ml Coffee liqueur; 7.5 ml Maple syrup; 30 ml Chilled water (reduce if wet ice)

How to make:

POUR fernet into chilled/frozen glass, swirl round to coat inside and DISCARD excess. MUDDLE raisins with cognac in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into fernet-rinsed glass.
