How to make:
MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
2 slice | Fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice) |
2 fl oz | Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years |
3 fl oz | Pear juice (freshly pressed) |
1 fl oz | Cranberry juice (sweetened) |
1/4 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/4 fl oz | Maple syrup |
