How to make:
SHAKE first five ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with champagne.
2 fl oz | Patrón Reposado tequila |
3/4 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Bénédictine D.O.M. liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
1 1/2 fl oz | Pineapple juice (freshly extracted/pressed/squeezed) |
Top up with | Brut champagne or sparkling wine |
