Serve in
a Martini glass...
2 shot Blended Scotch whisky
¼ shot Dark crème de cacao liqueur
¼ shot White crème de cacao liqueur
½ shot Freshly squeezed lime juice
¼ shot Sugar syrup (1 water : 2 sugar)
How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Lime wedge

Comment:

Scotch soured with lime (works better than lemon) and sweetened with a touch of chocolate liqueur.

Origin:

Created in January 2011 by Yours truly (Simon Difford) at the Cabinet Room, London, England after mistakenly taking a bottle of Scotch from the speed well to make a Mulata Daiquiri. It proved a tasty mistake.
