Review:

Burnished copper red and bittersweet with wine and a dash of elderflower, fruit liqueur and bitters.

History:

Created in 2009 by Rich Hunt at Quo Vadis in London, England. It is based on the flavours of the spritz, but there are no bubbles of any kind.

Alcohol content:

  • 0.8 standard drinks
  • 9.75% alc./vol. (19.5° proof)
  • 11.7 grams of pure alcohol
