Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
12 fresh Mint leaves
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
34 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
3 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water

Garnish: Mint sprig

How to make:

PLACE mint, lemon, lime and sugar in glass. Half fill glass with crushed ice and CHURN (stir). Add more crushed ice to fill glass. Add apple juice, top with soda and CHURN some more. Serve with straws.
