Mint leaves Freshly squeezed lemon juice Freshly squeezed lime juice Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65°brix, 2:1 sugar/water) Pressed apple juice Soda (club soda) PLACE mint, lemon, lime and sugar in glass. Half fill glass with crushed ice and CHURN (stir). Add more crushed ice to fill glass. Add apple juice, top with soda and CHURN some more. Serve with straws.
