Bartender Piotr Woyde from Brasserie Warszawska in Warsaw, Poland, demonstrates his recipe for a Belvedere Dirty Martini.

Unlike most Dirty Martini recipes which call for olive brine, Piotr prefers to muddle olives from southern Italy in a strainer to extract some genuine olive flavour from the flesh of the fruit. He is careful to pour Belvedere vodka through the strainer in order to wash through any flavourful components otherwise left behind.
