Review

Named after the 1949 cult thriller movie filmed in Vienna, the Third Man (actually 'The IIIrd Man') is a beautifully designed sleek industrial cocktail bar. The central island bar breaks up the room with chunky timberwork further segregating the space into stable-like intimate areas. Raw brickwork adds to the industrial feel.

The dozen strong cocktail menu by way of drinks such as the Nice Pear (Bison Grass vodka, pear, rosemary syrup and lemon), Sensible Chap (scotch whisky, Zirbenz, ginger and lemon) and the Tennessee Waltz (bourbon, Cocchi di Torino and crème de peche) concludes with an Absinthe Drip. Bar bites range from Shemogue oysters to house-made fries with light snacks such as tapenade available into the early hours.
