Review

On the ground floor is a lobby cocktail bar, boasting contemporary decor and quirky mannequin art and a spy-themed cocktail list with drinks including the I-Spy, Enigma Code and The Spy Who Loved Me. No big-name bartenders, but most of the drinks here are grown-up, simply constructed serves, though tending to the sweeter side, with caramel popcorn nibbles on the side. Sit at the long bar, on scattered lounge seating or a broad sharing table running down the centre. It's light and airy owing to floor-to-ceiling windows.

Two floors up is the Garden Bar, an internal, silo-like oasis which reaches up to the sky, with much greenery, water features and a separate cocktail menu. The bar sits against the back wall whilst guests can flop onto the soft couches or stand about enjoying a cigarette.

Glide up in the elevator to the top, seventh floor, where there's a second restaurant with a sizeable bar, a small, standalone cocktail bar decorated with two oversized armchairs and a couch underneath an iconic portrait of 60s starlet Diana Rigg. Its menu is shared by an sizeable outdoor terrace which has its own smaller bar at one end - again, we found the drinks well made and well presented.
