Erected on the spectacular roof of the ABC building, Torcuato has several environments in its different rooms. It has a wide range of cocktails and cuisine that perfectly combines the different cultures of the world.
Torcuato Espresso Martini
Ketel One vodka, Coffee Liqueur, Brown Syrup ugar, Pot Coffee with Pasilla Chili (Coffee, orange and lemon peel, cinnamon stick, star anise, cloves, pasilla chili)
Helping the community: For this Espresso Martini we use coffee harvested in the low-income area of Nariño in Colombia, where low-income families later sell it to obtain financial aid. We have also reused the coffee grounds from the pot coffee to obtain a homemade cookie to garnish the cocktail with.
Cocktail initiative: A cocktail that helps disadvantaged families by using coffee that provides them with an income.
