The label of Blanche de Bruxelles is distinctive due to its depicting a naked little boy urinating. For those who have not enjoyed a day of sightseeing in Brussels this is an illustration of the Manneken Pis, a strangely cultural significant statue and famous Brussels landmark.
Blanche de Bruxelles owes its natural cloudiness to the large percentage of wheat used and its not being filtered. Its full list of ingredients are declared on the bottles label as being "water, barley malt, wheat (40%), hop, sugar, yeast, coriander, curaçao". The natural spice aromas of coriander and bitter orange peels are added during the brewing process, which includes infusion.
