Appearance:
Crystal clear.
Aroma:
Toasted cereal nose with oiled just sawn white wood, fresh hay bales and dried apple peels.
Taste:
Slight sweetness and oily mouthfeel to a nutty juniper palate with aloe.
Aftertaste:
Bitter, nut oil finish with lingering toasted nutty oily flavours.
