These rums have been aged in their Caribbean distilleries in hot and humid conditions, generally in American ex-whisky casks. After being shipped to Cognac Ferraud’s Château de Bonbonnet the rums are transferred into casks previously used to age cognac and left in Cognac Ferraud’s cool cellars for several months to two years. The result is a range of ‘Plantation’ branded rums from around the Caribbean.

Clear, orange-light amber.
Rich pungent toffee apple nose with aromas of thyme, eucalyptus and green banana.
Slightly sweet, tropical fruit, unctuous palate with buttery toffee and rich vanilla.
Lasting, sweet, toffee-apple finish. Fantastic.
