Review and Tasting

Sampled before 1st May 2011

Clear, golden amber with polished copper highlights.

Peachy flesh and skin nose with zesty mandarin orange and soapy perfumed aromas.

Light bodied, restrained, fruity, lightly oaked palate with fresh citrus zest and confectioner's tropical fruit flavours.

Very slightly smoky, lightly oaked, relatively short finish with lingering fruity liquorice.
