Galliano Amaretto is flavoured by mixing the pure essence of bitter almonds with essential oils of geranium, rose and orris. The distillate is left to age for a few weeks to develop sweet, caramel and bitter aromas.

Appearance:
Clear, deep golden amber with glints of burnished copper.
Aroma:
Marzipan and bitter almond with carob, cacao and vanilla.
Taste:
Richly flavoured with marzipan, bitter almond and carob.
Aftertaste:
Long. Marzipan, bitter almond and carob.
Overall:
A very good example of amaretto with faint carob notes adding to the obligatory marzipan and bitter almond.
