Appearance:

Clear, light golden amber with a green tinge.

Aroma:

Pungent pine forest with mint tea, cut grass, hay and spice (cinnamon and clove).

Taste:

Enlivening and cleansing with pine, green tea, floral blossom notes, spice and very mild chilli heat.

Aftertaste:

Lingering spicy green tea with pine and floral notes.

Overall:

Much drier and more piney and spicy than other génépi liqueurs we've encountered. Enjoy as an aperitivo or an invigorating late-night tipple.
