Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Piney juniper and freshly sawn oak, lavender, honey, vanilla and zesty lemon.

Taste:

Vibrant piney juniper, zesty citrus and peppery spiced oak, mellowed by creamy vanilla.

Aftertaste:

Long lingering interplay between fresh juniper, peppery spice and oak.

Overall:

With its 50% alcohol strength and spiced ok, this is an assertive gin, so when considering its lofty price-point, allow that you'll need a little less with your tonic water.
