Vermouth del Cavaliere was made by the Vena family from the late 19th century but didn't make it into the 21st century, late was until the Lucano family revived it in 2025.

The inspiration for the design of the label comes from an old print from the early 1900s, depicting a Knight after a long journey who finally gets his prized reward, Vermouth del Cavaliere.
