La Madre (The Mother) Vermouth is based on a "mother essence" made by a botanical infusion in ceramic amphorae. This is oak cask-aged for a few months before blending with Garnacha and Viura (Macabeo) wines from Catalonia region. The blend is then barrel-finished.
