RHHM n°1 is a non-alcoholic 'spirit' designed to evoke the character of a rum.

Ingredients
Sugar cane molasses hydrosol, water, sugar, cacao infusion, toasted oak infusion, vanilla extract, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate.

Appearance:

Clear, deep golden amber.

Aroma:

Caramel, toffee and freshly roasted agave.

Taste:

Like the nose, the palate is reminiscent of caramel and freshly roasted agave with a touch of lemon citrus.

Aftertaste:

The palate fades with a little more acidity.

Overall:

Sampled neat, RHHM n°1 arguably tastes more like freshly roasted agave than a rum. However, it's not designed to be drunk neat and the bottle's back label recommends mixing with ginger beer.
