Review and Tasting

Sampled on 02/12/2012

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Perhaps more peppermint and apple skin than ginger with white pepper prickle.

Taste:

Slightly sweet (added sugar) with subdued ginger - warming but not overly hot ginger. Complexity from underlying apple and spearmint notes.

Aftertaste:

Ginger and black pepper heat with lingering green apple skin. Doesn’t shout ginger - not that one-dimensional.
