Formerly named ‘Clontarf Black Label’ and a Irish single grain whiskey, in 2010 Clontarf not only acquired a new moniker, but also became a blended whiskey aged in ex- bourbon casks. Named after the historic Battle of Clontarf. Fought in 1014 the Irish successfully repelled a Viking invasion.
