Appearance:

Clear. Golden amber.

Aroma:

Brazil nuts, acacia honey, leather, toasty oak, vanilla and light cinnamon.

Taste:

Toasty oak, charcoal and brazil nuts with cinnamon and black pepper spice.

Aftertaste:

Nuts, toasty oak, cinnamon and black pepper spice

Overall:

Nutty and spicy, but with its 40.5% alc./vol. strength and minimum allowed 51% rye mashbill, this rye is on the mellow side.
