Auberon is an English rhubarb liqueur made in Hertfordshire using fresh rhubarb grown in Yorkshire's celebrated Rhubarb Triangle.
Freshly harvested stalks are pressed to capture rhubarb's naturally tart, aromatic character and distinctive pink hue. A solera method, more commonly associated with sherry, is used to help maintain consistency of flavour between batches.
