Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Zesty citrus with orange predominating – both peel and orange blossom. Underlying piney juniper, black tea leaves and parma violets.

Taste:

Dry piney juniper with more zesty citrus and light nutmeg spice. Some floral potpourri notes.

Aftertaste:

Floral potpourri notes linger in the dry juniper and citrusy finish.

Overall:

Zesty citrus, particularly orange predominates in this Spanish gin with dry piney juniper and distinctive floral potpourri notes.
