This maraschino liqueur is made with the distillate of sour cherries by Giffard & Cie, a fourth generation family-owned and run liqueur producer in France’s Loire Valley.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Very aromatic and perfumed (almost soapy) with orange blossom and cherry.

Taste:

Complex and very floral with faint cherry fruit and cherry stone (almond and walnut). Faint hints of chocolate.

Aftertaste:

Slightly spicy cherry with lingering nutty chocolate.
