Established in 1836 by Edmond Briottet and located in Dijon, France, Briottet’s white cacao is flavoured with cocoa beans picked from trees in Ghana. These are roasted and macerated in alcohol to obtain an infusion.

Appearance:

Crystal Clear.

Aroma:

Delicate, perhaps even faint, milk chocolate nose.

Taste:

Restrained clean dark and creamy white chocolate flavoured palate.

Aftertaste:

Good, lingering dark milk chocolate finish with faint spice and vanilla.
