Appearance:

Clear, golden rose orange.

Aroma:

Pink grapefruit zest and lime marmalade.

Taste:

Pink grapefruit zest with light citrus acidity and bitter orange marmalade.

Aftertaste:

Lightly bitter citrus acidic pink grapefruit marmalade.

Overall:

This pink grapefruit liqueur has a bittersweet grapefruit marmalade flavour. It is a liqueur for cocktail use rather than sipping but what a great ingredient it is.
