The rums used in this Ron Barceló Añejo blend are aged 18 months to four years in casks previously used to age American whiskey.
Aroma:
Toffee, lanolin dominated nose
Taste:
Golden syrup dominated yet dry palate with hints of nut, vanilla and citrus, particularly orange.
Aftertaste:
A flavour reminiscent of hairspray emerges through the caramel finish.
